Policy

The investment policy of the Company is to develop a long- term portfolio, principally of equity and equity-related investments in small and mid rated quoted and unquoted companies in the UK and the US. Dividend income will be a secondary consideration in making investment decisions.

Structure

The Company is a closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey as a company limited by shares which are admitted to the official list and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The issued capital of the Company consists of ordinary shares of 50p each.

Manager & Investment Adviser

The manager and the investment adviser is North Atlantic Value LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the UK Limited Partnerships Act 2000 (partnership number OC304213) and is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority.
